As competition for hiring top candidates increases, it may take extra effort to maintain ethical standards in our recruitment practices. Our continued succes in recruiting quality candidates, as well as our good relationship with our customers, absolutely depends on the ethical management of our recruiting process. 

The following reminders should serve as overall guidelines to our conduct: 

- Interviewer, the company should be represented by qualified, trained and informed interviewers.

- Communications, our goal is not only to give the candidates to be hired, but also reinforce a positive relationship and attitude with all candidates. Bear in mind that all candidates may someday be customers.

Hence, it is critical to develop a proactive stance by anticipating company needs and creating solutions.

We need to do more with less resource. We must recruit the best candidates at a faster pace, and with lower cost per hire than other recruitment agencies. This is our competitive advantage that differentiate us than others.
